Welcome to Claradore. This store is operated by ShiftGrid Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"), which trades as the brand Claradore. By using claradore.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance: your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment taken.

Products: our items are made to order. We work to show colors and details accurately, but slight variations can occur between screens and the finished piece.

Prices and currency: prices are set in US dollars and may be shown converted into your local currency. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.

Payment: payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Shipping and returns: delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property: the Claradore name, designs, card messages, images, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and liability: the store is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including EU consumer protections, which always apply.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
