Shipping policy

Where we ship: the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. We are adding more countries over time.

Made to order: every Claradore piece is produced after you order, so please allow 2 to 5 business days of production before your item ships.

Delivery options and times (production time is separate from the transit times below):

• Standard, included: 5 to 15 business days. No shipping charge, it is included in the price.
• Priority, +$9: 4 to 10 business days.

Carriers and tracking: orders ship from our United States facility via DHL or FedEx, with tracking provided. International packages may not show tracking updates until they clear customs in your country.

Customs and import charges: because your order ships from the United States, it may be subject to local import VAT or duties depending on your country and the order value. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer, unless collected at checkout. We are working to include applicable taxes at checkout so there are no surprises at delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels: if a package is significantly delayed or a tracking issue arises, contact us at contact@claradore.com and we will help resolve it.
