How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is made to order, so allow 1 to 3 business days for production, then 3 to 15 business days for delivery (each market has its own Delivery estimates provided on Checkout by our shipping partners. Every order ships with tracking, so you always know where your gift is.
Is a message card included?
Yes. Every necklace arrives on its message card, written for the person you are giving it to, included free. It comes boxed and gift-ready, so there is no wrapping to do. We also provide the customisation ability in some items so you either upload your own Card or add the recipient's naem. reach out to us if you want it for a certain item even if we don't have it as an option yet
What if I change my mind?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because each piece is made to order, personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty, which we will always put right. Just email contact@claradore.com and a real person will help.
