Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also open the tracking page from your order status link at any time.
To track your order:
- Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you and click the tracking link, or
- Use the order status link from your order confirmation email.
A few things worth knowing:
- Your order is made to order, so tracking begins updating once it leaves our workshop, usually within 2 to 5 business days of ordering.
- Your package ships from the United States. International tracking may show no new updates while it is in transit, until it clears customs in your country. This is normal.
- Standard delivery takes about 5 to 15 business days in total. Priority takes about 4 to 10.
If your tracking has not updated 30 days after your ship date, email us at contact@claradore.com and we will look into it right away.
