How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order, so allow 1 to 3 business days for production, then 5 to 15 business days for standard delivery, or 4 to 10 with Priority.

Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
We ship from the United States to the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, with more countries coming.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. International tracking may pause while your parcel clears customs, which is normal.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, a small import VAT or fee may apply on delivery. We are working to include applicable taxes at checkout so there are no surprises.

What is the necklace made of?
A Love Knot pendant in premium stainless steel with an 18k gold or silver finish, on an adjustable chain that fits most. It arrives on the message card shown, in a gift-ready box.

Can I return my order?
Yes for standard items, within 14 days, and always if an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.

Can I personalize my necklace?
Personalization options are coming soon. In the meantime, our message cards are written to speak for themselves.
