Carriers and tracking: Orders ship from our United States facility with tracking provided.

Customs and import charges:
Your order ships from the United States, so import VAT or duties may apply depending on your country and the order value.
Where we are registered to collect these, they are included in your checkout total and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. We usually ship with duties prepaid to the most of European Union Countries.
Where we are not registered to collect them, your country may charge import VAT or duties on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
