Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship worldwide from our facility in the United States. Countries currently available are shown at checkout.

Made to order: Every Claradore piece is produced after you order. Allow 1 to 2-3 business days for production before your item ships. Production time is separate from the delivery times below.

Delivery options and times:

• United States:
  - Standard, included: 2 to 5 business days, USPS
  - Priority, $8.99: 1 to 2 business days, FedEx
• Canada:
  - Standard, included: 4 to 8 business days, DHL. Duties are prepaid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
• Rest of world:
  - Standard, included: 3 to 10 business days, DHL or FedEx

Carriers and tracking: Orders ship from our United States facility with tracking provided.

Customs and import charges: 

Your order ships from the United States, so import VAT or duties may apply depending on your country and the order value.

Where we are registered to collect these, they are included in your checkout total and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Canadian orders ship with duties prepaid.

Where we are not registered to collect them, your country may charge import VAT or duties on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels: if a package is significantly delayed or a tracking issue arises, contact us at contact@claradore.com and we will help resolve it.
